Experteer Overview In this Senior Principal Systems Engineer role, you drive the full systems engineering lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will interact with customers and leadership, shaping architectures, CONOPS, and verification strategies to meet performance and safety goals. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure interfaces, test plans, and integration readiness support program milestones. This position offers exposure to high-impact aerospace systems and a clear path to influence major program outcomes. You will be part of a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and the ambition to tackle technically challenging problems.
