* Installation, Wartung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken
 * Einrichtung und Support von Hardware (PCs, Terminals, Drucker, Kamerasysteme)
 * Betreuung unserer Softwarelösungen sowie Unterstützung bei Installationen beim Kunden
 * Fehleranalyse und technischer Support (remote und vor Ort)
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Systemweiterentwicklungen
