* Abgeschlossene technische / wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder mehrjährige Erfahrung (ca. 5+ Jahre) im IT Service-, Produkt- oder Projektmanagement mit Infrastruktur Fokus

## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung der Solutions sowie Steuerung der Kundenaufträge im Infrastruktur Umfeld
 * Verantwortung für Server-, Netzwerk- & Hosting Services für mehrere Kunden
 * Betreuung von Clientmanagement, Collaboration Services sowie IT Security
 * Übernahme der kaufmännischen Gesamtverantwortung der Solution, inkl. Budget- & Ergebnisverantwortung
 * Sicherstellung von Datenschutz, Security & Compliance innerhalb der Solution
 * Führung & Koordination virtueller Teams aus technischen Spezialist:innen
 * Erstellung & laufende Weiterentwicklung kundenspezifischer Infrastruktur Roadmaps
 * Rolle als interne:r Auftraggeber:in für Projekte & Betrieb sowie vertragliche Ansprechperson beim Kunden
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Operations bei Umsetzung & Betrieb
