About the Role

Crew Lead of Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 Alaners - 4 engineers) - technical manager responsible for organizing crew work and accountable for crew output. 40% of time as individual contributor.

Responsibilities

 * Build and optimize alan.com - high-traffic platform for acquisition.
 * Power acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, etc.) across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
 * Develop seamless self-serve flows: discovery, quote, signup.
 * Support business initiatives: partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns.
 * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product (Engineering, Data, PM, Design).

Qualifications

 * 6+ years of engineering experience.
 * Experience leading a team.
 * Proven track record of building and shipping web applications.
 * Strong interest in business, conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth.
 * Clear career progression with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact.
 * Self-starting, entrepreneurial, humble, and collaborative.
 * English working proficiency.
