Key Responsibilities * Create business architecture models that reflect the organisation's strategies and goals. * Integrate project and programme strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies, drivers, and management priorities. * Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan. * Support the rationalisation of IT systems. * Support the management of corporate governance processes. * Support the development and operation of project, programme, and portfolio management frameworks. * Coordinate the EPMO function and provide effective leadership to analysts or architects under his/her coordination. * Coordinate and contribute to briefing production in the digital transformation area. * Coordinate contributions to corporate requests in the EA and EPMO areas. * Contribute to the delivery of the Digital Transformation strategy for DG GROW. * Contribute to the DRPM processes of GROW.B3. * Contribute to the application of the principles of the new EC Digital Strategy in DG GROW. * Conduct cost-benefit analyses. * Conduct As-Is and To-Be situation analysis and gap analysis. * Prepare and moderate meetings with different levels of stakeholders. * Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance. * Conduct research to identify ways to improve organizational processes.
