As Head of Sales BeNeLux, you will lead, structure and scale the account management function to maximise recurring revenue, reduce churn and grow key accounts in a product-led, data-driven environment. Your Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach and motivate the account management team: set clear targets, define ways of working and foster collaboration and performance. * Own renewals and churn management: secure contract renewals on optimal terms, detect early churn signals and implement retention actions. * Co-define and implement the account management strategy, acting as a sparring partner to the leadership team on recurring revenue and customer success topics. * Stay operationally involved by managing a portfolio of strategic key accounts, building senior relationships and deeply understanding client needs. * Use data, KPIs and reporting to steer decisions, optimise processes and continuously improve customer lifetime value and net retention.
