Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme app in 32 European countries, with the ambition of becoming an internationally leading player . This is a hands-on leadership role. You will still write code, review architecture, and care deeply about what the applications, but you will equally invest in your team's ways of working, autonomy, and long-term effectiveness. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams, and play an active role in itsme's broader transformation and scaling journey. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in evolving environments, is energised by technical complexity, and understands that great mobile products are built by empowered, well-led teams.
