This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, infrastructure governance, project coordination, cybersecurity oversight, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management * Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 7 IT professionals. * Foster collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement. * Organize team meetings, monitor action plans, and promote constructive feedback. * Support professional development and the adoption of best practices. Operational Management & Service Delivery * Plan, organize, and prioritize the team's activities across projects, support, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements. * Manage team workload and capacity planning. * Ensure operational excellence, service continuity, and compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency. IT Infrastructure Management * Take ownership of the organization's IT infrastructure. * Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of systems and platforms. * Contribute to technology decisions and infrastructure evolution. * Lead and support change management initiatives. Technical Governance & Architecture * Lead or contribute to cross-functional IT projects. * Challenge and validate technical architecture decisions. * Promote IT standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
