## About the Role

* At least 6 years of relevant Product Owner experience.
 * Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
 * Strong knowledge of professional banking clients, banking products or related business lines.
 * Expertise in Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
 * Experience collaborating with IT teams, ideally application development teams.
 * Proven experience in change management and complex stakeholder management.
 * Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
 * Strong strategic thinking, analytical, prioritization, negotiation and communication skills.
 * Professional proficiency in Dutch and French, with sound English proficiency.

## Description

* Capture stakeholder needs and translate the annual Marketing & Communication plan into a structured squad backlog.
 * Prioritize backlog items according to customer needs, strategic objectives, commercial priorities, resources and deadlines.
 * Ensure objectives and expected outcomes are clear and stable before initiatives begin.
 * Monitor backlog delivery, progress, team performance and resource allocation.
 * Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate results and identify improvement opportunities.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, strategists, IT teams and other stakeholders on strategic projects.
 * Act as a change agent and help strengthen Agile ways of working at squad and cluster levels.
 * Represent the squad in governance meetings and provide strategic direction through servant leadership.
