We leverage the power of new technologies to help customers realize an employee-centric work transformation. Our mission? To help businesses optimize their processes and become more efficient, agile and competitive. We design, deliver, implement and support solutions within the Microsoft 365 technology stack, including Microsoft Copilot, but also other services like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, Power Platform, and increasingly: custom AI agents built on Azure and .NET. What will you be doing? * Design and build AI agent solutions within complex enterprise architectures using .NET and Azure * Integrate AI capabilities (Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel) into existing business processes and systems * Own the full stack around AI: data pipelines, APIs, authentication, monitoring, and deployment * Navigate enterprise constraints: on prem requirements, data residency, security policies, and compliance * Collaborate with architects and functional leads to translate business problems into technical solutions * Challenge requirements: ask "why are we building this?" before asking "how do we build this?" * Mentor junior developers and contribute to our internal AI engineering practices * Share knowledge with other colleagues in communities and team meetings Is there a match?
