In this role you will be responsible for a team of about 5 to 7 Java Software Engineers working within an agile software development environment. Responsibilities * Own the results delivered by your team. You lead day-to-day development; assign tasks, track progress, ensure timely delivery and high quality. * Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and motivate the team to reach company and personal objectives. * Set coding standards and best practices for maintainable solutions. * Work with product teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. * Implement and enforce testing practices to deliver reliable software. * Encourage new ideas and own engineering processes to drive continuous improvement. * Represent Guardsquare's R&D values, its products and its culture.
