Responsibilities: * Head of IT Operations and Infrastructure, we arelooking for a responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations for the EUC Personal Lines sector, and he will act as the central coordination point between the business, IT teams, and external partners, while continuously improving operational processes and services. * Take on end-to-end responsibility for production issues by coordinating incidents, alerts, escalations, release changes, lockouts, and tickets across applications and infrastructures while simultaneously acting as the main point of contact for the business. * Drive the continuous improvement of operational processes and tools by reviewing daily operations, ensuring smooth batch execution, and preparing regular as well as ad hoc operational and service reports. * Coordinate infrastructure- and vendor-related activities by working closely with internal and external providers and managing upgrades, patches, renewals, re-platforming initiatives, cost reviews, and governance meetings. * Ensure resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance by collaborating with global DR teams, planning and conducting DR tests, and supporting audits and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.
