## Description

We're headhunting for a leading software development company based in Bruges, specializing in solutions for the textile and manufacturing industries, as they seek a talented Software Engineer to join its growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys not only building high-quality software but also guiding others. You will play a key role in developing modern applications while supporting and mentoring a small team of two engineers.

You will be responsible for developing complex software solutions tailored to clients in the textile and manufacturing sectors. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to both new product development and the continuous improvement of existing systems.

In addition to hands-on development, the role includes a leadership component in terms of providing technical direction, reviewing code, and helping less experienced team members grow in their careers.

Responsibilities

 * Develop and maintain applications using .NET and React
 * Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Mentor and support a small team of two engineers
 * Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in software development
 * Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy
 * Ensure high standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness
