## About the Role

* Master's degree (EQF Level 7 or equivalent).
 * Strong knowledge of records management, archives, digital preservation, and public access to documents.
 * Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), information management systems, and large-scale enterprise platforms.
 * Knowledge of metadata management, ontology design, semantic web technologies, full-text search, encryption, and digital signatures.
 * Experience working in Agile environments.
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms, database management systems, web services, and enterprise integration principles is an asset.
 * Experience with Drupal or equivalent document/content management platforms.

## Description

* Advise on policies and strategies for content, records, archives, and information management.
 * Design, develop, and maintain records and information management systems.
 * Define business and technical requirements and produce functional specifications.
 * Support system integration and data migration from legacy repositories.
 * Implement digital preservation, archiving, security, encryption, and digital signature solutions.
 * Define and maintain metadata standards and archival descriptions.
 * Contribute to open data, semantic web, and information exchange initiatives.
 * Support the implementation and customization of Drupal-based solutions.
