## About the Role

* You have 5+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
 * You possess proven expertise with the Azure platform and cloud-native environments.
 * You bring advanced skills in SQL, JSON, Cosmos DB, and data structure modeling.
 * You're experienced in designing RESTful services and defining API specifications using Swagger.
 * You have proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or sequence diagrams.
 * You bring strong experience with Jira and Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
 * You possess knowledge of Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum or SAFe.
 * You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
 * You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering.
 * You are fluent in English with C2 level in either French or Dutch and B1 level in the other.

Nice to Haves

 * Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and frontend integration concepts.
 * Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or NUnit.
 * Prior experience within the public transportation industry.
 * Formal training or certification in functional analysis.

## Description

* Facilitate workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders to prioritize business needs.
 * Analyze and streamline business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
 * Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and API documentation using Swagger.
 * Create and review sequence diagrams and BPMN models to validate system interactions and integrations.
 * Collaborate with architects and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with organizational goals.
 * Support quality assurance processes by defining acceptance criteria and coordinating user acceptance testing.
