## About the Role

Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan in een vergelijkbare functie en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar techniek, security, gebruikerssupport en projectmatige migraties samenkomen.

* Minimaal HBO-werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan door opleiding of relevante werkervaring; minimaal MBO niveau 4 richting ICT en/of techniek;
 * Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk;
 * Aantoonbare kennis van Microsoft 365 beheer, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management en Azure cloudbeheer;
 * Ervaring met Conditional Access, identity lifecycle, device lifecycle management, licentiebeheer en tenant governance;
 * Relevante Microsoft-certificeringen, of bereid deze binnen het eerste jaar te behalen. Denk aan MS-102, MD-102, AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-500 en/of SC-300;
 * Kennis van Windows, basiskennis van Linux en ervaring met PowerShell of automatisering is een pre;
 * Kennis van Kubernetes/AKS, netwerksegmentatie, Terraform/YAML, ISO27001, NIS2 of security monitoring is een sterke pre.

## Description

Jij bent als Microsoft 365 en Azure Specialist een belangrijke schakel binnen de verdere professionalisering van de centrale TRG IT-organisatie. Je ondersteunt collega's en business units tijdens de overgang naar één centraal ingerichte IT-dienstverlening, waarin Microsoft 365, Azure, security, governance en support steeds meer intern worden georganiseerd.

Verder houd jij je bezig met:

 * Dagelijks technisch beheer van Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online en Azure-omgevingen;
 * Inrichten, beheren en verbeteren van tenant governance, Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access en endpoint security;
 * Beheer en optimalisatie van Azure resources, VNets, VPN-verbindingen, monitoring, backup en disaster recovery;
 * Ondersteuning bij migraties, integraties van nieuwe bedrijven en het insourcen van werkzaamheden die nu extern worden uitgevoerd;
 * Standaardiseren en automatiseren van beheerprocessen, documentatie, adoptie en operationele werkinstructies;
 * Een wakend oog op securityrisico's, compliance, continuïteit en kostenbeheersing binnen cloudomgevingen.
