## Description

To provide required maintenance and ensure full availability of IT software and hardware. Act as the main contact between the warehouse and the central IT department for all IT-related matters, including the management of IT tickets. Responsible for maintaining all IT materials in proper working condition and configuring parameters in IT tools (such as WMS, user profiles, reports, etc.)., Serve as the site referent for all IT work processes.
Assist in the creation of operating procedures.
Document change requests for IT tools.
Troubleshoot or diagnose first-level IT failures.
Develop KPIs to help service managers build progress plans and monitor activities.
Interface with IT service teams, both network and infrastructure.
Ensure proper maintenance of all IT materials and tools.
Compliance:
Collaborate with support functions at all levels to support the growth of existing or new customers.
Contribute to the creation of added value and innovative solutions.
