A plus, but not required: * Background in construction, professional services, real estate, architecture, or a related field * Familiarity with the Northern Nevada business community * Experience in a client-facing, outreach, or office operations role ## Description This is a flexible position that can be structured as part-time or full-time from day one - we are ready to hire either way, and the structure will depend on who we find. We are open to building this role around the right person. If you bring strong business development experience, that can be the primary focus. If your strength is in office administration, operations support, and keeping things organized across a busy multi-company environment, there is a meaningful place for that here too. The ideal candidate brings both - but we will not pass on someone excellent in one area to hold out for both. Full-time candidates will carry a combination of business development for BPD and administrative support across our family of companies, working alongside our Office Manager. Part-time candidates will focus slightly more narrowly based on their strongest skills. Either way, your work will be visible to company leadership and have a real impact on how we operate and grow.
