## About the Role

* Hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau;
 * Meerdere jaren (+ 3 jaar) ervaring als UX Designer in complexe digitale omgevingen;
 * Sterke kennis van UX- en interaction design principes;
 * Ruime ervaring met tools zoals Figma (ervaring met design tokens is een pré);
 * Aantoonbare kennis van toegankelijkheid en usability;
 * In staat om zowel hands-on te ontwerpen als conceptueel te adviseren;
 * Minimaal C1-niveau Nederlands.

## Description

Als UX Designer werk je in multidisciplinaire Agile teams aan het verbeteren en ontwikkelen van digitale diensten binnen de overheid.

* Ontwerpen en verbeteren van user journeys, UX-flows, wireframes en prototypes;
 * Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften, wet- en regelgeving en businessdoelen naar concreet ontwerp;
 * Werken aan en met design systems (o.a. component-based design, NL Design System);
 * Borgen van toegankelijkheid (WCAG 2.1 niveau A/AA) in ontwerpen en keuzes;
 * Initiëren, begeleiden of analyseren van gebruikersonderzoek en usability tests;
 * Adviseren van stakeholders over UX-keuzes en oplossingsrichtingen;
 * Samenwerken binnen Agile / Scrum / SAFe omgevingen;
 * Bijdragen aan consistentie, kwaliteit en kennisdeling binnen UX-teams.
