This team enables product, editorial, and growth teams across Web, Mobile, and CTV to rapidly validate ideas through easy, frictionless, and effective experimentation. As a people manager, you will be accountable for team health, delivery, and technical direction, while partnering closely with Product Management, Data, Design, and Platform teams. You will help scale experimentation across the organization by reducing friction, improving reliability and performance, and building tools that teams genuinely want to use.
