 - Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, smartphones et périphériques.
 - Assurer le support des salles de réunion et des équipements de visioconférence.
 - Garantir une prise en charge rapide, un suivi rigoureux et une qualité de service irréprochable.
 - Gérer les demandes et incidents dans l'outil de ticketing.
