## Description

Au sein de l'équipe support, vous assurez l'assistance informatique auprès des utilisateurs et contribuez à la résolution des incidents du quotidien.
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

 - Réceptionner, qualifier et diagnostiquer les demandes des utilisateurs.
 - Assurer le traitement des incidents et demandes
 - Escalader les incidents nécessitant une expertise de niveau supérieur auprès des équipes concernées.
 - Réaliser les opérations d'administration courante sous environnement Windows (Active Directory, gestion des files d'impression, Microsoft 365 / Office 365).
 - Assurer le support lié à la téléphonie et aux équipements de mobilité
 - Participer à l'optimisation des procédures.
