## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cutting-edge power conversion projects for Valeo's Data Center & BESS business, balancing innovation, quality and cost. You will set design standards, safeguard IP, and guide cross-functional teams toward reliable, scalable solutions. You'll build relationships with hyperscalers and AI companies, mentor engineers, and contribute to digitalization efforts. This is a chance to influence high-impact electrical systems in a global, tech-driven environment.
