## About the Role

Formation Bac +2 minimum : BTS SIO option SISR, DUT Réseaux & Télécoms ou Bac Pro systèmes numériques spécialité réseaux.

 - Expérience demandée sur un poste similaire en hotline ou centre de support technique, idéalement dans le secteur télécom.

 - Maîtrise des fondamentaux réseau (TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, DNS, routage, câblage).

 - Connaissances en téléphonie IP (type Mitel, Centrex, VoIP...) et firewall seraient un plus

 - Sens du service, patience, écoute, pédagogie, excellentes capacités de communication orale et écrite.

## Description

Assurer le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 par hotline auprès des clients (appels entrants, tickets).

 - Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre, à distance, les incidents liés aux solutions télécom (téléphonie IP, réseaux, fibre, ADSL, SDSL, trunk SIP, etc.).

 - Prendre en charge les demandes et incidents de bout en bout, du diagnostic à la résolution ou à l'escalade le cas échéant.

 - Rédiger des rapports d'intervention et assurer la traçabilité dans les outils ITSM.

 - Accompagner, conseiller et former les utilisateurs à distance lors de la prise en main ou du dépannage des solutions installées.

 - Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures techniques de support.

 - Être force de proposition pour l'amélioration continue du service.
