## Description

Piloter les projets CRM de bout en bout (cadrage, conception, déploiement, suivi des évolutions).

 - Recueillir et challenger les besoins métiers (marketing, vente, service client).
 - Coordonner les équipes internes et externes (intégrateurs, développeurs, data, etc.).
 - Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle et technique de la solution CRM.
 - Assurer la conduite du changement et la formation des utilisateurs.
 - Suivre la performance du CRM (reporting, KPI, amélioration continue).
