## Description

En tant que Security Officer (SecOps), vous êtes le référent détection & réponse du Groupe. Vous pilotez les incidents critiques, organisez la coordination avec le SOC 24/7 et menez les analyses avancées. Votre rôle comprend :

 * Pilotage d'incidents majeurs (incident response, coordination IT/OT, communication crise)
 * Ingénierie SIEM/SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel) : règles, parsers, automatisations, intégrations
 * Threat Hunting & amélioration continue des détections (MITRE ATT&CK, réduction faux positifs)
 * Suivi des KPI (MTTD/MTTR, couverture logs, efficacité alertes)
 * Contribution à la gouvernance (ISO/NIST, audits, exercices de crise)
 * Support et mentorat des équipes L2/SOC, Pour ce rôle de Security Officer, les compétences attendues sont les suivantes
