-Compétences techniques

 * Très bonne maîtrise des environnements Microsoft 365.
 * Expertise Windows 10/11 et Modern Management (Intune).
 * Expérience en packaging applicatif.
 * Connaissance des environnements d'industrialisation et automatisation.
 * Capacité à qualifier, analyser et résoudre des incidents avancés.
 * Idéalement : PowerShell, gestion du cycle de vie poste de travail.
-Soft skills

 * Analyse & sens de la résolution de problèmes.
 * Capacité à travailler en équipe et à encadrer techniquement.
 * Autonomie, sens de l'organisation.
 * Expérience : Plus de 5 ans

## Description

En tant qu'Administrateur poste de travail, vos missions sont :
Support & expertise (Niveau 3)

 * Prise en charge des demandes et incidents complexes du périmètre Digital Workplace.
 * Analyse avancée, diagnostic approfondi et remédiation.
 * Gestion des escalades techniques.
 * Interaction et coordination avec les groupes de traitement.
 * Contribution active à la résolution des problèmes récurrents.

Maintien en Conditions Opérationnelles

 * Suivi, maintien et optimisation des plateformes de gestion du poste de travail.
 * Participation au patching, à la conformité et à la sécurisation des environnements.
 * Supervision avancée et actions correctives.

Engineering & Packaging

 * Création, évolution et industrialisation des packages applicatifs.
 * Contribution au socle technique poste de travail (standardisation, modernisation).
 * Participation aux déploiements automatisés (Intune, Autopilot…).

Documentation & amélioration continue

 * Enrichissement de la documentation opérationnelle.
 * Capitalisation des retours d'expérience.
 * Participation active à l'amélioration continue des services.
 * Animation technique et accompagnement des équipes Niveau 2.

Environnement technologique

 * Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online…)
 * Poste de travail Microsoft (Windows 10/11)
 * Intune / Windows Autopilot
 * Outils de gestion et supervision : NinjaOne, Ivanti, …
 * Automatisation & packaging applicatif
 * ITIL - outils ITSM
