Responsibilities:

 * Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of routers, switches, Wi-Fi devices, smart home products, and consumer electronics.
 * Conduct system-level and component-level diagnostics, including PCB fault finding, power circuits, ports, firmware recovery, and hardware analysis.
 * Handle complex, escalated, or high-priority repair cases and provide technical solutions.
 * Support, coach, and guide product testers and junior engineers on difficult technical issues.
 * Develop and share technical knowledge, repair procedures, and best practices within the team.
 * Learn, implement, and adapt new repair methods and technologies introduced by overseas HQ.
