## About the Role

You'll have experience in a 2nd Line Support role and be comfortable working across a Microsoft environment. This is not a desk bound role, so you'll need some energy and excellent customer service skills!

Ideally you'll have experience with:

 * Microsoft 365 Administration

 * Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

 * Windows 10 & 11

 * Active Directory & Entra ID

 * Group Policy

 * Device deployment and lifecycle management

 * Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and cloud technologies

## Description

* Supporting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

 * Managing devices through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.

 * Administering Active Directory and Entra ID.

 * Supporting Windows Server infrastructure, networking and cloud platforms.

 * Deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

 * Troubleshooting hardware, software and AV equipment.

 * Assisting with IT projects including cloud migrations, security improvements and system upgrades.
