## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design, build and operate central platform services to empower engineering teams. You'll drive automation and cloud infrastructure across Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD tooling, creating secure, self-service platforms. You'll mentor peers and champion best practices to raise engineering efficiency. The position sits in Retail Platform Operations, helping scale platforms that underpin customer-focused retirement and protection solutions. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, resilient platforms at pace.
