* Proven experience in server infrastructure support and administration
 * Solid knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
 * Eligible to work in the UK as a UK National
 * Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Government Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
 * Desirable: exposure to HP infrastructure such as Synergy, OneView, and SAN
 * Desirable: SharePoint 2016 support and administration
 * Desirable: familiarity with Windows Server roles such as DFS, DHCP, DNS, and Clustering
 * Desirable: experience with Veeam backup and replication tools
 * Desirable: understanding of ITIL principles and service management
 * Desirable: basic Linux knowledge

## Description

* Provide reliable third-line support, resolving incidents and troubleshooting issues across our secure infrastructure
 * Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory
 * Support and enhance our VMware-based virtual infrastructure
 * Manage backup and recovery processes using Veeam to ensure data resilience and business continuity
 * Keep technical documentation up to date
 * Contribute to service stability through proactive maintenance, system improvements, and adherence to change control processes
