Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and mentor a high-performing software engineering team within the Fashion, Home & Beauty domain, focusing on commercial planning initiatives. You will oversee delivery of scalable web and backend solutions, aligning technical work with business objectives and customer outcomes. You'll champion engineering standards, DevOps practices, and reliable, secure software delivery while partnering with Product, Design and stakeholders to drive measurable value.
