Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and guide test and analytics activities within the Landing Gear Test Team, shaping test strategies for laboratory and flight testing. You will partner with engineering, system design, and project managers to align testing with project objectives and certification needs. You'll work hands-on with landing gear and related aircraft systems, driving data-driven problem solving and validation. This is a chance to contribute to innovative testing approaches and long-term capability development in a global aerospace program. Pay / Benefits * Develop laboratory testing strategies aligned with project objectives and facility requirements * Collaborate with engineers, system designers, and PMs to identify testing needs * Define scope, sequence, and schedule for lab and flight test plans * Support development and certification of landing gear systems through integrated testing and analysis * Improve maturity of aircraft systems via testing and aaaa
scheme collaboration * Support design reviews with technical guidance and validation of test requirements, interfaces, and V&V activities * Identify and report technical risks, contributing to mitigation or contingency plans Tasks * Experience running projects at a senior level with stakeholder engagement * Knowledge of landing gear or other aircraft systems * Knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and governance for complex projects * Knowledge of data analysis * Validation and Verification (V&V) process knowledge * English - negotiation level Key requirements * Profit share * Contributory pension * Share options * Car leasing scheme * Free onsite parking * Hybrid working
