## Description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Backend Engineer at Turnitin, you will build scalable backend services and APIs powering our education platform. You'll work on distributed, serverless systems and contribute to frontend components where needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance software. You'll mentor junior engineers, optimize services for performance and cost, and help shape shared foundational systems. This remote-first role offers meaningful impact in advancing educational integrity and learning outcomes.
