## About the Role

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong combination of:

 * Project Management and Delivery experience
 * Process improvement and operational transformation experience (Lean Six Sigma qualification, desirable)
 * Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
 * UAT, go-live and implementation support experience
 * Agile delivery experience (Jira and/or Azure DevOps advantageous)
 * Financial Services experience (ideally banking, funds, wealth, trust, or broader regulated environments)
 * Ability to operate comfortably between business and technology teams

The ideal candidate will be a hands on delivery individual who can bring structure, coordination and momentum to an initiative whilst maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
