## About the Role

* Proven experience delivering Workday HCM implementations or transformation programmes.
 * Strong experience with Workday HCM.
 * Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Extend.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Experience working within large, complex programme environments.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fully remote delivery team.
 * Candidates must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC Clearance.

## Description

We are supporting a major UK organisation that has recently secured a significant transformation programme and is looking to engage an experienced Senior Workday HCM Consultant on an initial contract basis.

This is a fully remote opportunity, working as part of a high-performing Workday delivery team on a large-scale public sector programme.

Key Responsibilities

 * Support the delivery of a large-scale Workday HCM transformation programme.
 * Configure and optimise Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
 * Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
 * Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and integration capabilities where required.
 * Provide Workday best practice guidance throughout the project life cycle.
