 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Konfiguration von Firewall-Lösungen, insbesondere Sophos
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Mitarbeit an Cloud- und Modern-Workplace-Projekten mit Azure und Intune
 * Administration von Windows-Server-Umgebungen
