Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung von Systemtests, Analyse von Fehlern und Koordination von Anpassungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung

Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen

Wissensmanagement: Erstellung und Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen sowie Schulungsunterlagen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und Wissenstransfers
