## About the Role

* Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als System Engineer, Network Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Infrastrukturrolle, idealerweise in einem Systemhaus oder bei einem Managed Service Provider.
 * Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung professioneller Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturen.
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Sophos-Firewalls oder vergleichbaren Enterprise-Firewall-Lösungen sowie mit Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN und WLAN.
 * Du bringst breite Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld mit, insbesondere in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory und Windows-basierten Systemlandschaften.
 * Du verstehst dich als Infrastruktur-Generalist und übernimmst neben deinem Schwerpunkt Netzwerk und Firewall auch Verantwortung für angrenzende Cloud-, Security- und Systemthemen.
 * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und qualitätsorientiert, kommunizierst sicher mit Kunden und kannst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich vermitteln.

## Description

* Du konzipierst, implementierst und optimierst anspruchsvolle Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturen, insbesondere im Sophos-Umfeld.
 * Du verantwortest IT-Infrastrukturprojekte von der Anforderungsanalyse und Lösungsarchitektur bis zur Umsetzung und Übergabe in den stabilen Betrieb.
 * Du betreust und entwickelst Microsoft-basierte Systemlandschaften weiter, insbesondere Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID und Active Directory.
 * Du analysierst komplexe technische Störungen, führst Root-Cause-Analysen durch und übernimmst Verantwortung bei technischen Eskalationen.
 * Du berätst Kunden auf Augenhöhe und unterstützt den Vertrieb bei technischen Konzepten, Kundengesprächen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Angeboten.
 * Du bewertest neue Technologien, entwickelst Standards und Best Practices weiter und unterstützt Kollegen bei anspruchsvollen technischen Fragestellungen.
