 * Betreuung und Optimierung hybrider IT-Umgebungen inkl. Active Directory/ Entra ID, Backup-Lösungen und Virtualisierung
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Hardening- und Security-Maßnahmen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, Migrationen sowie der Einführung neuer Technologien
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
