## Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator with a focus on IT Support and Microsoft Entra ID to strengthen our IT team. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal users and ensure the smooth operation of our IT workplace environment. Your work in IT support and infrastructure spans:

 * You handle and resolve incoming requests in 1st and 2nd level IT support.
 * You process support tickets efficiently and in compliance with defined SLAs using Atlassian ServiceDesk.
 * You install, maintain, and manage hardware and software via Intune, supporting the configuration and use of workplace IT equipment.
 * You manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring data security and proper access control.
 * You administer identities, groups, and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
 * You support and maintain our Teams-based telephony solution, and provide training and ongoing support to end users., We calculate and optimize route planning for logistics companies with record-breaking algorithms to maximize time and cost savings.
