 * Lösung technischer Probleme mit Adobe-Software
 * Hilfe bei Installation, Zugang und Benutzerkonten
 * Support für Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Creative Cloud & mehr
 * Verwaltung von Kundenkonten
 * Erkennen von Upselling- und Zusatzverkaufsmöglichkeiten
 * Dokumentation der Fälle auf Englisch
