Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries. Your tasks and responsibilities: * You support the implementation of customer projects in the field of digital research and data platforms and accompany them from implementation through to productive use. * You contribute to the development and further enhancement of standardized delivery, service, and operating models and help establish efficient project methods, roles, and responsibilities. * You coordinate and support project activities in collaboration with customers and internal departments and contribute to achieving project objectives regarding quality, timeline, and budget. * You support the further development of operations, support, and escalation processes and help ensure a professional and scalable customer operation. * You contribute to the collection, analysis, and transparency of project and usage metrics and help make the value of the research platform visible. * You collaborate with areas such as Product Development, Data & AI, as well as other stakeholders and customers, to gather requirements and support the continuous improvement of the platform. * You support the standardization of implementation and operational processes and make an important contribution to the scaling and sustainable further development of the platform.
