## About the Role

Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie:

 * fundierte Kenntnisse in der SAP-Entwicklung (ABAP/4, ABAP OO) und im Customizing von HCM-Modulen (insb. PA, PT, OM, PY),
 * Erfahrung mit SAP HCM unter S/4HANA / H4S4 oder der Migration dorthin,
 * Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen zu überführen und diese konsequent umzusetzen,
 * sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1).
