Experteer Overview In this role you help drive strategic and regulatory change across Hiscox Europe as the lead for Product Ownership. You will shape standards, career paths, and quality benchmarks while partnering with senior stakeholders to prioritise and deliver outcomes through Value Streams. You'll balance multiple streams, ensure alignment with European strategy, and foster agile practices across teams. This position offers impact at scale through cross-country collaboration and a cohesive change portfolio.
