* Erfahrung in IT-Rollouts und Installationen im 1st- und/oder 2nd-Level-IT-Support
 * Gutes Verständnis für Standard-Hardware, Client-Systeme und Peripheriegeräte
 * Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, selbständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Führerschein der Klasse B wird benötigt
 * Bereitschaft bis zu vier Tage pro Woche im Außendienst unterwegs zu sein

## Description

* Installation, Austausch sowie Auf- und Abbau von IT-Equipment (PCs, Notebooks, Monitore, Dockingstations)
 * Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten und Vergabe von Berechtigungen in Active Directory und Entra ID
 * Bereitstellung und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software für Anwender
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client-Umfeld (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Support-Tickets gemäß Prozessen und SLAs
 * Vor-Ort-Support und Anwenderunterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Durchführung von Funktions- und Abnahmetests zur Sicherstellung der Systemeinsatzfähigkeit, * Tarifgebundener Vertrag (GVP)
 * Festes Monatsgehalt inklusive übertarifliche Bezahlung
 * Projektzulage ab dem ersten Einsatztag
 * Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld nach GVP
 * Vergütung nach Equal-Pay-Modell
