* Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to our ERP landscape and connected systems
 * Ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and further development of the ERP systems
 * Implementing new modules and functions in the ERP landscape
 * Carrying out releases, migrations, and upgrades
 * First- and second-level support
 * Analysis, optimization, and documentation of business processes in the ERP environment
 * Programming as part of projects, as well as development of customizations, reports, and forms
 * Coordination of external service providers and support for projects and system implementations
