* Erfolgreiches Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
 * Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten sowie im Management von operationellen Risiken - von Vorteil: Qualifikation als CISSP, CRISC, CISM, MBCI, CBCM oder vergleichbar
 * Expertise in (inter-)nationalen regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bankenumfeld (insb. DORA, MaRisk) sowie in Standards und Best Practices, wie ISO 22301 oder ISO 27000
 * Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Als Manager IKT-Risikokontrollfunktion (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Optimierung eines strukturierten Kontrollplans zur Bewertung der (digitalen) operationellen Resilienz (DOR-Kontrollfunktion).
 * Hierzu prüfen und überwachen Sie sämtliche Maßnahmen zur Herstellung und Aufrechterhaltung der digitalen operationellen Resilienz gemäß DORA - zudem pflegen und verbessern Sie übergeordnete Vorgaben wie die DOR-Strategie oder das DOR-Rahmenwerk.
 * Zur Darstellung bzw. Steuerung der operationellen Resilienz konzipieren und erstellen Sie regelmäßig sowohl Management-Reports als auch KPI-Dashboards.
 * Zudem stehen Sie den Fachbereichen in allen Fragen beratend zur Seite und begleiten als Kontrollinstanz die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen.
 * Auch als zentrale Ansprechperson ist auf Sie Verlass, wenn Sie uns u. a. bei Prüfungen unterstützen oder bereichsübergreifende (Teil-)Projekte zur nachhaltigen Stärkung der operationellen Resilienz leiten.
