Lead a device migration workstream from AD/SCCM to Entra ID/Intune.
Design and execute in-place migration strategies with minimal user disruption.
Configure and manage Microsoft Intune (policies, compliance, app deployment).
Develop PowerShell scripts and leverage Azure Automation to streamline migration.
Integrate and utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows to automate migration processes and service requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot device enrolment, policy, and deployment issues.
Ensure proper Entra ID integration, compliance, and security controls.
Document processes and support post-migration optimisation.
Provide post-migration support, KT and optimization of endpoint management processes.
Design, create and deploy the configuration, policies in a ring approach.
