 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen einschließlich Peripheriegeräten und Netzwerkanbindungen
 * Durchführung von Funktionstests, Dokumentation der Hardware sowie Unterstützung der Anwender im 1st-Level-Support
